The product has achieved adoption by 190+ brands and contributed to an 8% uplift in new brand acquisition.
Led the critical 0-to-1 product launch of the Google Wallet Health Pass to digitalize the physical COVID Vaccine Card during the pandemic. Managed complex cross-functional teams (Engineering, BD, Legal) and high-stakes partnerships with government agencies (e.g., State of California) to scale the product to 10M+ users within 7 months.
Spearheaded the successful launch and global GTM execution of Google Pay Offers (US) and the Google Pay Business Console, onboarding and localizing 1000+ merchant brands into the ecosystem and achieving a 55% shorter integration time.

Zing Bungee Fitness is a local fitness studio in San Diego, CA. My role is a Co-Founder & Marketing Partner (from Pro Bono engagement transitioned to Co-Founder status)
Challenge: Assisted a local San Diego Bungee Fitness studio facing closure due to a complete lack of digital marketing and operational infrastructure. The initial process relied on inefficient manual bookings (DMs/WeChat) and had zero online presence.
Strategic Fix & Results: Applied entrepreneurial strategy and lean operations principles to build a scalable digital foundation, demonstrating rapid execution and high-yield operational changes.
Rapid Digital Transformation & GTM:
Tech Stack Implementation: Executed a full website launch using a Wix template with integrated booking and payment systems in one weekend.
Local Discovery: Activated essential local discovery tools, including Google My Business, and established core social media profiles to transition off manual booking processes.
Lean Marketing & Brand Activation:
Organic Content Win: Focused on short-form video (filmed and edited personally) on Instagram/TikTok, leveraging the novel concept for high organic reach. Achieved 18K views on a single beginner class video with zero ad spend.
Operational Optimization & Revenue Diversification:
Strategic Partnerships: Integrated the studio with leading B2C/B2B platforms (ClassPass, WellHub, EGYM Wellpass) to drive external traffic and diversify booking channels.
Pricing Strategy: Redesigned and launched tiered Private Group pricing, establishing it as the studio's highest-yield product.
